【摘 要】 纳西东巴医药古籍文献的发掘利用对传承纳西族记忆、传播东巴文化、促进民族医药发展有现实意义。文章通过对古老的纳西东巴医药文化、纳西东巴医药古籍文献概况进行梳理，阐释发掘利用的现实性，分析发掘利用工作中存在的民族文化认同感逐渐淡化、损毁流失严重等问题，提出发掘利用的优化策略，可进一步促进发掘利用工作。
