【摘 要】 目的：对叉唇石斛化学成分进行研究。方法：采用硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析技术进行化合物分离和纯化，通过波谱技术结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果：从叉唇石斛的乙酸乙酯部分分离得到7个化合物：2， 9-二羥基-4， 5-二甲氧基菲(1)、2， 5-二羟基-4， 9-二甲氧基菲(2)、4， 4′-二羟基-3， 5， 3′-三甲氧基联苄(3)、松柏醛(4)、(6aR， 11aR)- medicarpin美迪紫檀素(5)、异甘草素(6)、蔗糖(7)。结论：化合物1～7均首次从该植物中分离得到，为其进一步化学成分及生物活性研究提供了理论基础。
