【摘 要】 目前，溃疡性结肠炎发病机制尚不明确，是临床的难治疾病之一。中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切，副作用少，复发率低，显示出了獨特优势，本文从病因病机、辨证分型论治、经验方专用、中药保留灌肠、综合治疗方法等方面概述近5年中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展，以期为本病的治疗提供新的思路与方法。
