【摘 要】 目的：观察五子散热敷治疗老年骨质疏松性压缩骨折(OVCF)椎体成形(PVP)术后下腰痛的临床观察。方法：选取50例老年骨质疏松性压缩骨折PVP术后有下腰痛患者，随机分为对照组和实验组(每组各25例)。对照组给予疼痛部位红外线照射;实验组疼痛部位给予中药五子散热敷。比较二者治疗后疼痛缓解情况(VAS评分)及椎体功能恢复情况(ODI评分)。结果：治疗前两组患者VAS及ODI评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后实验组下腰痛明显缓解，VAS及ODI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：五子散热敷能有效缓解PVP术后下腰痛，值得临床推广。

    Abstract：Objective To observed the clinical effect of low backpain after vertebroplastyfor osteoporoticcompression fracture in elderly patients with five-seed powder. Methods A total of 50 patients with low backpain after vertebroplastyfor osteoporoticcompression fracture in elderly patients were divided into the study group (n=25)and the control group ( n=25). Patients in the control group were given Infrared radiationand patients in the study group were treated with fomentation with five-seedpowder.Compared the Pain relief and recovery of vertebral body function.Results Therewere no significant difference between the VAS and ODI of Two groups before treatment (P<0.05) . After treatment theVAS and ODI of study group were lower than the control group; The differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Five-seed powder heat applicationcan effectively relieve the lower back pain after PVP. ......
