【摘 要】 目的：研究黔东南当地密蒙花总黄酮超声提取最佳工艺参数。方法：采用单因素及二次回归正交试验设计优化密蒙花总黄酮提取工艺条件，用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果：密蒙花总黄酮的最优提取工艺为：固液比为1∶33(g/mL)，乙醇浓度为54%，提取时间为40min。结论：使用回归正交设计能合理地优化密蒙花总黄酮的提取工艺，为密蒙花的开发利用提供参考。
