【摘 要】 胶艾汤作为《金匮要略》的经典方剂，临床应用范围逐渐扩大，文章从实验研究、临床应用等方面综述其止血、补血、助孕安胎、调节免疫功能等作用，认为胶艾汤主治病症较广，疗效显著，但还要进行充分的药理实验研究，以使其更准确的发挥更大的临床效应。

    Abstract：Jiao-ai decoction was the classical prescription of Golden chamber synopsis that clinical application range was expanded. The article were reviewed the functions from hemostasis、blood tonifying、assisted reproduction fetus、regulating immune based on the experimental research and clinical application. It was found that Jiao-ai decoction was effective in treating a wide range of diseases.but it was necessary to carry out sufficient pharmacological experimental research to give accurate reasons for clinical effects.
