【摘 要】 通过检索近三年来以推拿为主治疗颈性眩晕的相关文献，发现以推拿为主结合针刺、针刀、牵引、中药等能大大提高颈性眩晕患者的生活质量，相较于西药等有较好的疗效，并对推拿治疗颈性眩晕的机制进行简要探讨，以供临床参考。
