前列安栓治疗湿热下注型痔病术后尿潴留可行性分析(1)
【摘 要】 尿潴留是痔病術后常见的并发症,如何有效降低其发生率,是目前临床的难点。前列安栓是临床上治疗湿热血瘀型下焦疾病的常用药物,但应用在痔病术后尿潴留尚未见报道。笔者基于“异病同治”理论及“精准医学”理念,探讨其应用在湿热下注型痔病术后尿潴留的理论可行性。湿热下注型痔病术后患者尿潴留的发生病机是湿热夹瘀,前列安栓主要用于治疗湿热瘀阻型下焦疾病,二者病机切合,病位相同。现代医学证明了前列安栓经直肠给药的安全性及有效性。其作用的靶器官是前列腺及周围组织,通过抑制炎症性因子释放,起到消炎、抗菌、缓解肌肉痉挛,止痛作用,进而促进尿液排出。因此,其在湿热下注型痔病术后尿潴留的应用具有理论可行性。

Feasibility Analysis of Qianliaan Suppository in the treatment of Postoperative Urinary Retention in Patients with Dampness-heat Injection Hemorrhoids

Abstract:Urinary retention is a common complication after hemorrhoids surgery. How to effectively reduce its incidence is a clinical difficulty. Qianlie Anshuan is a commonly used drug in the treatment of damp-heat and Blood-Stasis type of lower coke disease, but it has not been reported in the treatment of urinary retention after hemorrhoids surgery. Based on the theory of “treating different diseases with the same treatment” and the concept of “precision medicine”, the author explores the theoretical feasibility of its application in post-operative urinary retention of hygrothermal hemorrhoids. The pathogenesis of urinary retention in patients with hemorrhoids of damp-heat type after operation is damp-heat combined with blood stasis. Qianlie Anshuan is mainly used to treat the disease of damp-heat and blood stasis type of lower coke. The pathogenesis of the two diseases is identical and the location of the disease is the same. Modern medicine has proved the safety and effectiveness of transrectal administration of Qianliean suppository. Its target organ is the prostate and surrounding tissues. By inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors, it can play an anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, alleviate muscle spasm, relieve pain and promote urine excretion.
