【摘 要】 通过阐述毒邪在壮医病因学中的涵义、分类及致病特点，认为毒邪是壮医毒病的始动病因和致病机要，提出“内去外引”解毒法新学说，同时概括解毒法在不同毒病中的运用要点。

    Abstract： The thesis discusses the concept， classification and pathogenic characteristics of toxin in the etiology of Zhuang medicine. It considers that toxin is the initial factors and core pathogenic mechanism of Du disease in Zhuang medicine. At the same time， it summarizes the application points of detoxification method in different Du diseases.
