【摘 要】 腰痛为临床常见症状，顽固性者治疗较为不易。文章介绍针刺阳维脉治疗顽固性腰痛验案一则，以期为临床诊治本病拓展思路，提供参考。

    Abstract：lumbago is a common clinical symptom， and it is not easy to treat intractable lumbago.This article introduces a case of acupuncture yang link vessel in the treatment of intractable lumbago， in order to expand the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease and provide reference.
