【摘 要】 偏头痛是临床常见疾病，反复发作，严重影响患者生活质量。张树泉教授认为肝郁气滞，血瘀痰阻，上扰清窍，拘挛作痛是偏头痛基本病机，以行气活血，化痰开郁，柔筋缓急，通络止痛为基本治疗大法，在此基础上自拟通窍蠲痛汤加减治疗偏头痛多能取得较显著的疗效。
