【摘 要】 颈椎病是临床常见病，主要表现为颈肩部及上肢的疼痛、麻木等症状。杨少锋教授认为颈椎病病程日久，反复发作，其发病多有外感风寒湿邪等诱因，证见畏寒肢冷、头项强痛等，应用桂枝附子汤温阳散寒，益气止痛，疗效显著，值得推广。
