【摘 要】 目的：建立地黄饮子的高效液相色谱指纹图谱，对其成分进行分析。方法：利用HPLC-DAD方法，梯度洗脱，测定10批自制地黄饮子的指纹图谱，确定其共有峰并进行认定。结果：10批自制地黄饮子得到的色谱指纹图谱有18个共有峰，通过与对照品的保留时间及紫外光谱的比对，确定5号峰为马钱苷。结论：地黄饮子的高效液相紫外指纹图谱特征性、专属性强，可结合含量测定用于全面控制中药制剂地黄饮子的质量。

    Abstract：Aim to establish the HPLC-DAD fingerprint of Rehmannia Drink and analyze its components.
