【摘 要】 目的：基于聚类分析研究杨秉秀教授治疗不孕症的用药规律。方法：选择杨秉秀教授诊治的238例不孕症患者的处方资料，运用SPSS 24分析中药使用频次，对高频中药进行聚类分析。结果：黄芪、甘草、丹参为杨秉秀教授使用频次最高的3味药物，聚类分析可将高频中药分为4大类，体现杨秉秀教授补肾活血理气的治疗观点。结论：运用聚类分析可以总结杨秉秀教授治疗不孕症的用药规律，为治疗本病提供思路。
