【摘 要】 明日叶为药食兼用的植物，现代技术分离得出其主要成分为查尔酮类和黄原胶类化合物。根据实验研究报道，明日叶具有抗氧化应激、抗衰老、缓解抑郁焦虑情绪、抗癌、降血糖血脂等多重药理作用。明日叶在食品和保健品行业应用广泛，文章对其主要作用进行综述，为临床应用提供参考。
