    【摘 要】 目的：在藏药珊瑚通窍丸的原有质量标准基础上进行提高性研究，以期增强了本品质量的可控性。方法：采用高效液相色谱法对羟基红花黄色素A进行了含量测定研究，并对其它有利于珊瑚通窍丸质量控制水平提高的指标进行初步探索。结果：高效液相色谱法能满足羟基红花黄色素A的测定要求，依据药典现有方法或通则进行的其它指标的测定也都能得出有指导性意义的结论。结论：珊瑚通窍丸中的羟基红花黄色素A能被以简便、可靠的方法测定，所得数据可为将来质量标准的提高提供可靠依据。
