    【摘 要】 蒙医药是中国传统医药文明的瑰宝，是历代蒙医药世家多年的临床总结和智慧的凝聚。蒙药方剂配伍是蒙医药理论的重要环节，是蒙药方剂现代化研究的核心部分。深入研究方剂配伍规律，对于传承、创新和发展传统蒙医药具有重要意义。目前，蒙药方剂配伍主要是通过拆方研究、化学成分研究、药代动力学研究、方剂有效组分配伍研究、血清药物化学研究等方面进行。文章对蒙药方剂配伍理论及现代研究状况进行了梳理、分析，并探讨了其中存在的问题以及对未来方剂配伍规律研究的展望。

    Abstract：TraditionalMongolian medicine (TMM) is the treasure of the traditional Chinese medical civilization，with the clinical summary of the Mongolian medical expertise and the cohesion of wisdom.Mongolian medical prescription is an important part of TMM，which is of great significance to the in-depth study of the compatibility law of prescriptions and to the inheritance，innovation and development of TMM.As a core part of TMM theory，the compatibility law of prescriptions was mainly carried out through the research of prescription decomposition，chemical composition，pharmacokinetics，the compatibility of effective components of prescriptions，and the serum chemistry.In this paper，the modern research progress of the compatibility law of TMM prescriptions were reviewed and the existing problems and the prospect of the future studies were discussed. ......
