    【摘 要】 菖蒲在临床应用中常见的有石菖蒲、藏菖蒲和九节菖蒲，这三味药材虽只有一、二字之差，但其来源和功效差异较大。文章通过查阅本草典籍及地方标准，并利用Pubmed、知网、万方等数据库检索近10年来国内外关于三种菖蒲的相关文献资料。从其异名、来源、产地、植物形态、性状、理化鉴别、化学成分及药理活性等8个方面对三种菖蒲分别进行比较鉴别，以区分其真伪优劣，旨在为保障临床用药的安全性、准确性和有效性提供理论基础。

    Abstract：Calamus is commonly used in clinical application：Acorus Tatarinowii，Acorus calamus and Irkutsk Anemone Rhizome.In this paper，literature and local standards of materia Medica were consulted，and Pubmed，Cnki，Wanfang and other databases were used to search for relevant literatures about 3 calamus at home and abroad in the past 10 years.The three kinds of calamus were compared and identified from their different names，source，origin，plant morphology，characteristics，physicochemical identification，chemical composition and pharmacological activity，so as to distinguish their true and false.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for ensuring the safety，accuracy and effectiveness of clinical medication.
