    【摘 要】 中医药类课程承载着深厚的传统文化精华，历代志士先贤的哲学思想、家国情怀、治学精神等理念贯穿其中。文章分别论述课程思政与思政课程的内涵、课程思政的特点及注意事项。并且以中医药专业基础课程，包括医古文、中医基础理论、中医各家学说等学科为例，探讨不同中医药课程“思政”元素的挖掘以及其融入方式。

    Abstract：Chinese medicine courses carry the profound essence of traditional culture，and the philosophy，family and country sentiments，and scholarly spirit of the patriarchs of the past dynasties run through it.This article separately discusses the connotation of curriculum ideological and political and ideological and political courses，the characteristics and points of attention. And take basic courses of traditional Chinese medicine，including ancient medicine，basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine，and various theories of traditional Chinese medicine as examples，to explore the exploration of “ideological and political” elements in different traditional Chinese medicine courses and their integration methods.
