    【摘 要】 培养适应中药事业发展需求的中药学人才是推进中药现代化进程的关键环节。针对目前中医药学生培养现状，文章对应用型中药学人才培养模式创新的必要性进行阐述。基于“传承创新、适应社会需求”原则，从课程体系，实践教学及考核评价等培养模式改革，提高学生综合素质，促进满足科研机构、企业等多方资源要求的人才培养机制发展。

    Abstract：It is the key link to promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine to cultivate the talents of traditional Chinese medicine to meet the development needs of traditional Chinese medicine. In view of the current situation of the cultivation of students of traditional Chinese medicine， this paper expounds the necessity of innovation in the cultivation mode of applied talents of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the principle of “inheriting and innovating， adapting to the needs of the society”， we should reform the training mode of curriculum system， practical teaching and evaluation， improve the comprehensive quality of students， and promote the development of talent training mechanism that meets the requirements of scientific research institutions， enterprises and other resources.
