    【摘 要】 目的：收集近年来针灸治疗化疗后恶心呕吐的文献，对常用腧穴有效率及使用方法进行探讨。方法：利用中国知网、万方、维普等多种数据库检索化疗后恶心呕吐临床文献，对腧穴的有效率及使用方法进行统计分析。结果：共纳入27篇文献，共同的腧穴有曲池穴、涌泉穴、内关穴等。其有效率在84.62%～95.50%之间，有效率最高的为曲池穴，最低的为天突穴;内关穴、中脘穴、足三里穴、神阙穴、涌泉穴的使用方法中穴位贴敷频率最高，涌泉穴穴位贴敷的频率为100%;使用方法中针刺频率最低，其中涌泉穴、神阙穴频率为0。结论：针灸在治疗CINV方面疗效明确，不同腧穴在治疗CINV中有效率不同，不同使用方法也会影响疗效。
