    【摘 要】 目的：建立HPLC法测定蒙成药优日勒-13中栀子苷的含量。方法：采用Welch Ultimate Plus C18色谱柱(250mm×4.60mm，5μm)，柱温40℃，检测波长238nm。乙腈-水(9∶91)为流动相，流速1.0mL/min。结果：栀子苷在0.0515～0.927μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，相关系数r=0.9999，平均回收率为99.01%，RSD为0.83%。结论：该方法专属性强，准确度高，操作简单，可作为优日勒-13中栀子苷含量测定的方法。

    Abstract：Objective To establish the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of Geniposide in Mongolian Yourile-13.Methods The HPLC was carried out with Welch Ultimate Plus C18 using acetonitrile-water (9∶91) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was 238 nm and the column temperature was 40℃.
