    【摘 要】 目的：总结综述苍附导痰汤对于多囊卵巢综合症痰湿证的现代药理作用及分子机制，加强对中药方剂及其作用机制更深的认识。方法：通过查阅苍附导痰汤对多囊卵巢综合征痰湿证生殖-内分泌代谢-免疫炎症网络方面相关文献，搜索及总结相关作用机制。结果：苍附导痰汤可以通过影响性激素水平、改善子宫内膜容受性、改善胰岛素抵抗、调节糖脂代谢及降低炎症因子水平来调节多囊卵巢综合征痰湿病理状态。结论：苍附导痰汤可以从生殖内分泌-糖脂代谢-免疫炎症方面来多角度多靶位的调节痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征。

    Abstract：Objective To summarize the modern pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of Cang Fu Dao Tan Tang for polycystic ovary syndrome with phlegm dampness syndrome， and to promote peoples deeper understanding of Chinese herbal prescription and its action mechanism.Methods Through consulting related literatures，we searched and summarized the related mechanism of Cang Fu Dao Tan Tang for reproductive， endocrine， glucose and lipid metabolism and immune inflammation network of polycystic ovary syndrome with phlegm dampness syndrome.Results Cangfu Daotan decoction can affect sex hormone levels， improve insulin resistance， uterine receptivity， lipid metabolism and decrease the level of inflammatory factors to regulate the polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm.Conclusion Cangfu Daotan decoction from the reproductive endocrine - immune inflammation and lipid metabolism to multiple targeted regulation of polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm dampness. ......
