    【摘 要】 介绍贾彦焘主任治疗转移性肝癌的经验。贾彦焘主任认为调气健脾应当贯穿转移性肝癌治疗的全过程，且健脾不可单纯补脾，应辅以调气之品，调补结合，再辅以活血化瘀、疏肝行气、利水渗湿等治法，兼顾多种兼证的调理，可以获得良好疗效。现通过分析以此法为核心治疗转移性肝癌，在影像学检查中获明显成效的验案一则，希冀体悟中医治疗的临床辨证思维及用药经验，并为中医治疗转移性肝癌的治疗提供新思路。

    Abstract：To introduce the experience of Director Jia Yantao in the treatment of metastatic liver cancer. Director Jia Yantao believes that regulating Qi and invigorating spleen should run through the whole process of treatment of metastatic liver cancer， and invigorating spleen should not only supplement spleen， but also be supplemented by regulating Qi products， combined with the treatment of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis， soothing liver and promoting qi， diuresis and dampness. Through the analysis of this method as the core treatment of metastatic liver cancer， we hope to understand the clinical dialectical thinking and medication experience of TCM treatment， and provide new ideas for the treatment of metastatic liver cancer by TCM.
