    【摘 要】 目的：建立石淋通颗粒HPLC指纹图谱 并进行分析。方法：Agilent zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm 5 μm);乙腈-0.4%磷酸水为流动相进行等度洗脱;检测波长335 nm;柱温30 ℃。测定20批石淋通颗粒的指纹图谱 运用相似度评价系统、SPSS 22.0软件进行分析。结果：构建了由10个共有峰组成的石淋通颗粒HPLC指纹图谱 指认了夏佛塔苷、异夏佛塔苷、新西兰牡荆苷2三成分 20批次石淋通颗粒的指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度均在0.990以上。 结论：所建立的指纹图谱专属性强 重现性好 能够为该制剂的质量评价提供依据。
