    【摘 要】 胃脘痛是以胃脘部疼痛为主要表现的当代常见内科病 常伴有胃部胀闷、嗳气、反酸等症状。黄恒青教授因地制宜 主张运用温胆汤化裁辨治福建地区湿热痰阻型胃脘痛患者 临床疗效显著。文章从病因病机、辨证论治、用药经验等方面加以分析 以期为临床提供参考。

    Abstract：Epigastric pain is a common contemporary internal disease mainly manifested by epigastric pain， which is often accompanied by stomach distension， belching， acid regurgitation and other symptoms. According to local conditions， Professor Huang Hengqing advocated the application of Wendan Decoction to distinguish and treat the patients with damp-heat phlegm-resistance epigastric pain in Fujian， with significant clinical efficacy. This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis， treatment based on syndrome differentiation and medication experience in order to provide clinical reference.
