    【摘 要】 文章通过对林洁教授治疗慢性子宫内膜炎性不孕症典型案例的分析 总结其对本病的治疗经验 旨在为临床治疗本病提供新的辨治思路。通过分析 笔者发现林教授对于CE所致不孕症的治疗 以清热-调经-养阴为法 益气养血贯穿全疗程 临床上治疗本病采用辨病辨证并举、指导调摄、中西医结合的方式 或可收获更好的疗效 值得参考借鉴。

    Abstract：Through the analysis of typical cases of chronic endometritis infertility treated by Professor Lin Jie， the author summarized his treatment experience of this disease， aiming to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease. Through the analysis， the author found that Professor Lins treatment of CE induced infertility， with the method of clearing heat， regulating menstruation and nourishing Yin， replenishing qi and nourishing blood throughout the whole course of treatment. Clinically， the treatment of this disease adopts the methods of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation， guidance， and combination of Chinese and Western medicine， which may achieve better curative effect， which is worthy of reference.
