    【摘 要】 斑秃是皮肤科常见疾病。杨志波教授临证多年 发现多数斑秃患者在血热、血虚、血瘀、肝郁、肝肾不足的基础上 兼夹有风邪入侵 总结出以“风”为切入点 治疗斑秃的经验 大致可分为血热風盛、血虚风燥、肝郁血瘀、肝肾不足四证型 内外合治 同时注意斑秃患者的精神调护 临床疗效显著。

    Abstract：Alopecia areata is a common disease in dermatology.Professor YANG Zhibo has been treating alopecia areata for many years. He found that on the basis of blood heat， blood deficiency， blood stasis， liver depression， liver and kidney deficiency， he also had the invasion of wind evil. He summarized the experience of treating alopecia areata with “wind” as the starting point. It can be roughly divided into four syndrome types： blood heat and wind excess， blood deficiency and wind dryness， liver depression and blood stasis， and liver and kidney deficiency. It is treated with internal and external treatment. At the same time， we should pay attention to the mental nursing of alopecia areata patients， and the clinical effect is remarkable.
