    【摘 要】 目的：观察查氏理筋推拿配合拉伸手法治疗臀中肌综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取臀中肌综合征患者60例 随机分为对照组、观察组 每组30例。对照组采用查氏理筋推拿治疗 观察组采用查氏理筋推拿配合拉伸手法治疗。评估治疗前、治疗结束后、治疗结束后1月 疼痛VAS评分及血清IL-6。结果：与对照组对比 观察组治疗结束时VAS评分、血清IL-6均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论：查氏理筋推拿配合拉伸手法治疗臀中肌综合征 短期疗效显著 值得临床推广。
