    【摘 要】 克罗恩病在临床治疗上存在复发率高、药物毒副作用大等问题，中医治疗具有增强西医药物的治疗效果，减轻药物不良反应，并减少副作用发生的优势。文章总结了王小娟教授治疗克罗恩病的临证经验，王教授认为本病以本虚标实为主要病機，其中以脾虚湿盛及肝郁脾弱多见，在治疗上应重视补益脾胃，顾护正气，疏肝解郁，标本兼治，虚实兼顾。
