    【摘 要】 针挑疗法是广西壮瑶族人民常用的一种特色外治法。文章通过文献收集及研究的方式，主要从壮、瑶族针挑疗法的概念、指导思想、治疗原理、适应症、操作方法等方面进行对比分析，系统阐述了壮族针挑疗法与瑶族针挑疗法的异同之处，为壮瑶族民间特色技法的推广及其临床应用研究提供有价值的参考。

    Abstract：Needdle pricking therapy is a special external treatment commonly used by the people of Zhuang Yao nationality in Guangxi.Through literature research， this article mainly analyzes the concept， guiding ideology， treatment principle， indications and operation methods of Zhuang and Yao nationality needdle pricking therapy， and systematically elaborates the Zhuang nationality needdle pricking therapy and The similarities and differences of Yao needdle pricking therapy， provide valuable references for the promotion of Zhuang and Yao folk techniques and their clinical application research.
