    【摘 要】 目的：建立蒙药阿格希日嘎中生物碱含量的测定方法。方法：采用酸性染料比色法测定蒙药阿格希日嘎的总生物碱含量。结果：介芬胺在浓度0.001988～0.03976 mg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为96.6%，RSD为2.00%。结论：该方法精密度高，重复性好，操作简单，可为蒙药阿格希日嘎总生物碱含量的检测提供实验依据。

    Abstract：Objective To establish a method for the determination of alkaloids in the Mongolian medicine Veratri Nigri Radix et Rhizoma.Method The acid dye colorimetry method was used to determine the total alkaloids content of Mongolian medicine Veratri Nigri Radix et Rhizoma.Results The linear range of jervine was 0.0202～0.0303 mg·mL-1. The average recovery was 96.6% and the RSD was 2.00%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility， to detect the total alkaloid content of the Mongolian medicine Veratri Nigri Radix et Rhizoma. ......
