榛叶荚蒾化学成分的研究

    【摘 要】 目的:研究榛叶荚蒾的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC对榛叶荚蒾甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。 结果:从中分离得到8个已知化合物,分别鉴定为α-芒柄花醇(1),sitostane-3β-5α-6β-triol (2),山奈酚3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),槲皮素-3-O-鼠李糖苷(4),berchemol (5),(9E,11Z)-13-oxo-9,11-octadecadienoic acid (6),没食子酸甲酯(7),丹皮酚(8)。结论:化合物6~8为首次从榛叶荚蒾中分离得到。

    Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of Viburnum corylifolium J. D. Hooker et Thomson. Methods The methanol extract from C. tinctorius was isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The structures of the obtained compounds were identified based on spectral data. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as α-onocerin (1), sitostane-3β-5α-6β-triol (2), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosylkaempferol (3), quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside (4), berchemol (5), (9E,11Z)-13-oxo-9,11-octadecadienoic acid (6), methylgallate (7), paeonol (8). Conclusion Compounds 6-8 were isolated from V. corylifolium for the first time.
