    【摘 要】 核转录因子NF-κB 是一种多向性、多效性的调控因子，是致炎-抗炎的核心通路，在肾脏疾病的发生发展过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。肾病种类多样，以肾病的发病因素作为分类依据，分为原发性肾病;继发性肾病以及遗传性肾病。文章对近年来中药调控NF-κB信号通路缓解肾病的研究进行综述，为今后临床应用提供科学的理论基础。

    Abstract：NF-κB is a pleiotropic and pleiotropic regulatory factor， the core pathway of inflammation and anti-inflammatory， and it plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of kidney disease. There are various types of nephropathy， which can be classified into primary nephropathy according to the pathogenic factors of nephropathy. Secondary and hereditary nephropathy.
