    【摘 要】 胰腺癌是恶性程度极高的消化系统肿瘤之一，其起病隐匿，往往发现便是晚期，手术、放疗、化疗、靶向及免疫等西医治疗方式疗效欠佳。中医药治疗恶性肿瘤有其独特优势，文章从“阳化气，阴成形”角度出发，探讨胰腺癌的病因病机、治则治法，以期为胰腺癌的中医治疗提供新的思路，为改善胰腺癌患者的生活质量提供新的选择。

    Abstract：Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant digestive system tumors. Its onset is insidious， and it is often found to be late stage.Western medicine treatment methods such as surgery， radiotherapy and chemotherapy， targeting and immunotherapy are often ineffective. Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of malignant tumors. From the perspective of “Yang Hua Qi and Yin forming”， this paper will discuss the etiology， pathogenesis and treatment of pancreatic cancer， in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of pancreatic cancer， and provide a new choice for improving the quality of life of patients with pancreatic cancer.
