    【摘 要】 目的：通过品管圈活动提高门诊中药代煎率，有效提升门诊中药房工作效率。方法：以“提高门诊中药代煎率”为主题，在我院门诊中药房开展品管圈活动，并评价该活动的成果。结果：通过活动拟定四大对策：侯药窗口增加代煎宣传牌;在中医科发放代煎宣传单;在医院公众号推送文章进行代煎宣传;住院代煎中药加贴热敏纸标签。有形成果方面，门诊中药代煎率由改善前的34.84%提高至44.35%，目标达成率为108.8%;无形成果方面，全体圈员在解决问题、自信心、团队凝聚力等方面均呈正向增长。结论：在门诊中药房开展品管圈活动效果良好，值得推广。
