    【摘 要】 得气作为针刺起效的关键和判断标志，在临床有着重要的指导意义。基于文献检索，收集整理相关文献，回答有关针刺得气的几个关键问题，包括古今对得气的论述、得气的影响因素、得气程度和量化形式、得气的物质基础和机制等。对得气进行较全面系统地阐述，以期为针灸临床及相关科研提供一定的参考价值。
