民族药黑骨头药材杠柳毒苷含量测定的方法研究

    【摘要】目的：建立系统、科学的黑骨头中杠柳毒苷的提取和含量测定的方法，为黑骨头的质量控制提供方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Agilent Venusil PLOW-C18柱(4.6mm×150mm，5μm);流动相为水-乙腈;流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为220nm;柱温为25℃。结果：黑骨头中杠柳毒苷的峰得到有效的分离，HPLC检测条件、方法的专属性、线性、重复性、精密度、稳定性、回收率良好，该方法可以用于杠柳毒苷的含量测定。结论：该方法为黑骨头的质量控制和评价提供了参考依据。
