    【摘要】鸡蛋油用于疾病治疗，尤其是皮肤类疾病的治疗由来已久，而在肛管疾病中鸡蛋油也具有显著的疗效。文章从鸡蛋油的组成、治疗效果以及镇痛、止痒、促进愈合、减少瘢痕方面进行综述，探讨鸡蛋油在肛管疾病中发挥作用的途径。

The use of egg oil in treating anal canal diseases has a obvious effect. This paper summarized the composition of egg oil，therapeutic effect，analgesia，itching，promotion of healing，and reduction of scar，to explore the way in which egg oil plays a role in anal canal diseases.

    蛋黄油又称为鸡蛋油、至圣膏、鸡子油，是一味传统中药，在一千多年前即为我国医家使用。其治疗记录存在于《千金方》《传信言》《子母秘录》等10余种文献，病种涉及烫、疮疡、创伤等[1]。最早的记录见于《集验方·卷九》，书中描述蛋黄油有迅速且不留瘢痕的除疮效用。在这些文献记录中，蛋黄油的治疗方式以外治法为主。近年来，蛋黄油的应用范围不断扩大，涉及皮肤、肛肠、妇科、内科等专业，对其治疗范围和机理的研究也有较多报道 ......
