    【摘要】文章总结了钱锐教授治疗老年性便秘的临证经验，钱锐教授认为老年性便秘主要责之于肝脾不调，且拟以调肝理脾为治疗大法。通过分析便秘的病因病机，结合导师钱锐教授治疗便秘经验，以期为本病治疗提供临床依据。
