    【摘要】柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤出自《伤寒论》，为仲景之名方，方剂中经典，有和解少阳、通阳泻热、重镇安神之功效。中医治疗疾病重视从源头寻病机，一方活用，以达到异病同治、事半功倍之效。王宝亮教授临证多年，认为脑系疾病中多见少阳枢机不利之病机，临床以此方加减治疗，效果显著。本文通过分析王宝亮教授治疗不宁腿综合征、顽固性失眠、癫痫三则病案，详细论述了异病同治原则在脑病中的具体体现。
