    【摘 要】 妇人腹痛是妇科的常见病、多发病，相当于西医学之盆腔炎性疾病、盆腔瘀血综合征等引起的腹痛。因妇女平素房劳多产，耗伤气血，加之经期、产后调摄失宜，易受外邪，故本病具有难治性和易复发性。六经辨证首见于张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》，是一种辨证论治的方法体系。从六经辨证论治妇人腹痛，可为本病的治疗提供新的思路，同时为经方的临床运用拓宽范围。

    Treatment of Female Abdominal Pain based on Syndrome Differentiation of Six Meridians

    Abstract：The woman abnormal pain is a common stubborn disease in women. It’s equivalent to pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic congestion syndrome in theory of western medicine .Because of sexual taxation and baby too much， the qi and blood of women was consumed. Moreover， some women were attracted by external evil in menstrual period and pureperium.So， the woman abnormal pain is difficult to treat and easy to replase.
