    【摘 要】

    糖尿病胃轻瘫是以消化症状为主的糖尿病重要并发症之一。电针治疗被证实有效，通过对相关实验分析，电针治疗主要对Cajal间质细胞起搏功能、胃肠激素、相关神经细胞、血糖浓度、胃平滑肌收缩功能产生良性影响，从而缓解胃轻瘫症状。且在治疗中，宜选用足三里加中脘的配伍，使用大刺激量电针。

    Prospects and Progress on the Mechanisms of Electroacupuncture Underlying Improvement in Diabetic Gastroparesis

    Abstract：

    diabetic gastroparesis is one of the important complications of diabetes mellitus that is dominated by digestive symptoms.Electroacupuncture was proven to be effective and，by analyzing relevant experiments，it mainly exerts benign effects on the pacemaking function of interstitial cells of Cajal，gastrointestinal hormones，related nerve cells，blood glucose concentration，and contractile function of gastric smooth muscle，thus alleviating gastroparesis symptoms.And in the treatment，it is appropriate to use the compatibility of Zusanli+Zhongwan，using large stimulation volume electroacupuncture. ......
