    【摘 要】

    目的：探討中药穴位贴敷联合西药治疗小儿细菌性肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例细菌性肺炎患儿(风热闭肺型)借助SPSS 21.0统计软件编号随机分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药穴位贴敷。比较两组治疗前后的降钙素原、免疫功能、证候积分等变化，评价其临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗后的IL-6、hs-CRP、PCT水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：中药穴位贴敷能够提高细菌性肺炎患儿的免疫功能，改善机体炎症状态，缓解临床症状，提高治疗效果。
