    【摘 要】 《黄帝内经》中消渴病有不同的病名及机理。文章通过结合相关原文，对其病因病机及治法等进行阐述及分析。结果表明内经对消渴病的病因认识，主要涉及到饮食偏嗜、情志失调、外感六淫，病位主要在脾胃、肝胆、心、肺、肾，病理因素有寒、热、湿，病性大多属虚实夹杂，病机有湿热壅滞、肝郁化火、心火乘金、胃热炽盛、肾阴亏损、心脾两虚之区别。内经中消渴病的不同病名之间既有联系，又有区别。

    Abstract：There are different names and mechanisms of diabetes in Huangdi Neijing. Through the combination of the relevant original text， the etiology， pathogenesis and treatment were elaborated and analyzed. The results showed that the etiology of diabetes was mainly related to diet preference， emotional disorder and exogenous six evils.
