    【摘 要】 近年来，育龄女性不孕症在我国的发病率呈不断上升趋势。其中输卵管异常如输卵管积水、粘连、炎症导致的输卵管性不孕是女性不孕的常见原因之一。中医治疗输卵管性不孕辨证施治，内服外治相结合，疗效肯定，其中中药保留灌肠疗法最具特色。本文对近年来中药保留灌肠疗法治疗输卵管性不孕的临床疗效进行梳理和总结，以期为临床诊疗提供参考。
