    【摘 要】 总结许筠教授运用自拟方“升清降浊汤”治疗特发性膜性肾病临床经验，导师认为本病病机为“脾不升清、胃不降浊、气虚失运”，临证采用“升清降浊、益气化瘀法”治疗特发性膜性肾病，临床疗效满意。本文从病因病机、治则治法、典型病案进行阐释，为临床遣方用药提供参考。
