    【摘 要】 胃癌是消化道常见恶性肿瘤之一，目前在临床上西医主要以手术、放化疗治疗为主，术后仍有复发或转移可能，常伴有恶心、呕吐、纳差等恶病质症状。故而常常给患者身体和精神带来双重困扰，中医药辨证论治对此病治疗具有一定优势。文章总结了范恒教授临床上运用中医药辨治胃癌术后诸症临床用药经验，认为此病为术后脾胃亏虚，湿热毒残留。故而主张攻补兼施，攻邪重在祛湿解毒，扶正重在健脾开胃。改善患者术后诸症，提高生活质量，临床效果显著。
