    【摘 要】 单纯性乳房早发育在临床治疗中多随访观察，其对乳房提前出现引起的女童心理压力和延缓疾病进展无明显治疗作用。中医药治疗该病具有疗效好、反弹率低的特点，文章总结了湖北省中医院儿科生长发育专科治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育的经验，认为肝肾阴虚、相火妄动为其病机，阴虚火旺为常见证型，治拟平调肝肾，滋阴降火，兼以疏肝解郁，消肿散结，基于此创立九味楮实方，其在改善女童一般情况、体征、性激素水平和子宫卵巢大小方面疗效显著，从而延缓了向真性性早熟的转变，并附医案佐证。
