    【摘要】急性胰腺炎是以胰腺局部炎症反应，严重者可发生全身炎症反应综合征并伴有器官功能障碍的疾病，结合中医辅助治疗可缓解其临床症状。中医认为急性胰腺炎多为实证或虚实夹杂之证，其治疗总纲多以“通”为用。在《伤寒论》中提到“下法”可通泄有形之邪，文章分析《伤寒论》中可用以治疗急性胰腺炎的经典下法方剂，认为主要以泻阳明腑实、清肝胆湿热、散水热互结、通调气血瘀滞为治疗原则，中药方剂则主要用大承气汤、大柴胡汤、大陷胸汤、桃核承气汤及相应加减方药为主。以上方药经过实验及临床研究，均对急性胰腺炎有明显的缓解作用，适合临床推广运用。在辨证使用下法的同时，也应注意下法使用的禁忌症。但中医辨证论治，仍不可拘泥于一法，需结合患者病情调整治疗方法。
